Terms of service
Return and exchange policy:
- Timeframe: Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with valid receipt in-store & online.
- Condition: All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
- Exclusions: Sale items 40% off or more and Gift Cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Refund Method: Refunds in-store are for in-store credit only unless something needs to be exchanged for a different size in-stock. All online orders will be refunded back to the card you paid with.
- Due to high demand of online sales, we do not allow for items to be taken on approval.
Shipping policy:
- Orders are processed between 1-3 Business Days. We ship between Monday-Friday. All orders are shipped from Selma, AL USA. Shipping rates and delivery vary on location. Customers will receive tracking information once their orders ship.
- Delivery times are estimated after shipping and are based off business days (Monday-Friday) these don’t include holidays or weekends. All orders must be placed by 12 P:M CST to be shipped out that day. It will ship out the next business day if not. 2-Day Shipping means the package will be received within 2 business days once the item is shipped as defined by UPS/FedEx. The day the order is shipped doesn't count towards the 2 business days.
- We ship out orders as quickly as possible. But please keep in mind there may be delays in processing shipping during holidays, sale events, or any peak shopping time.
- Expedited Shipping: If you place your order before 8 AM CST on business days we will work hard and get your order shipped out to you within 2-3 Business days.
- Missing or Damaged Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with your local post office. It is out of our hands after it ships from the store. Any questions or concerns please reach out to us and we will try our best to fix it. Queen City Market reserves the right to refuse transactions and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.
Gift Card Policy:
- Gift cards can be purchased in-store and used only in-store due to our website being a different system.
- All gift cards are final and non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit to your card.
- Lost, Stolen, or Misplaced Gift Cards: Please treat gift cards like cash. Lost, stolen, or misplaced gift cards cannot be replaced or refunded. We are unable to look up balances on the gift cards without the original card.
- The balance on your gift card can be looked up in-store
- Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
Queen City Market is NOT responsible for the following:
- Delays with USPS, UPS, Or FedEx. Once your order is shipped out it is out of our hands.
- International Duties or Custom Charges
- Lost gift cards.
- If a package was shipped back to us due to incorrect input of address. To file a claim with the carrier please click the following links:
